Looks like a wonderful Sunday. Exactly 2 years ago we were standing in the same place. It was my first time seeing snow on a mountain in July. (I didn't get to the mountains much as a kid) It was the most fantastic trip ever! Gorgeous photos!!!

You may have gotten comments like this before on your blog, but since I'm a newbie and just learning - I wanted to say that I love how you tell a story with your pictures. I smiled as I was going through these. It inspires me to do something similar.

From the bridge picture, I know just where you were. (That is where Chris and I met, almost literally.)

You made it to the sale. That is so great. I had some company, or I would have been there. We are heading for Sumpter though this weekend. I can't wait.

Great pictures once again.

Please adopt me, if only for the weekend (oh, and please can it be a weekend where you also go to one of those bakeries?).

Funky mushroom, looks like a brain on a stick!

In line with Worldless Weekends, I will simply say of your photography that I am speechless.

OK, I'm not as good as you are with eliminating words. That close-up of the green plant--exquisite! And the image of you and your son is the sweetest thing I've seen all day. Look at his scrunchy little nose!! Look at him dipping his little piggies in the lake! And your darling dog scratching his face on the ground...

I think I am very much in need of an escape into the wilderness :)

so many questions.

how is that kid of yours so cute?

could that dog love snow any more?

why doesn't that car belong to me?

and, mmmm, berries.
